How much time do I need to commit each week?
Each week's lesson and workbook materials are designed to be completed in 2-3 hours total - broken into smaller pieces across the week. The companion reading from the book adds another 1-2 hours depending on your pace. This is not meant to overwhelm. It is meant to fit inside the life you already have.
what if I fall behind or need to pause?
You have lifetime access. There is no deadline, no penalty, no pressure. Move through the program at the pace your nervous system allows. If you need a week off, take it. The material will be here when you're ready. This program is about healing - and healing doesn't follow a rigid schedule.
Are there scholarship spots available?

does the payment plan affect what i receive?
Not at all. Both the pay-in-full and the 4-pay plan include everything - the full program, the book, all workbooks, and lifetime access. The only difference is how you spread the investment across time. Choose what feels right for your finances and your peace of mind.
